I began searching for a home late October of last year and I had a very tough time searching with a different company at the time. Soon after my sister gave me Mr. Wesley's agency info. I first spoke with the owner, who initiated our quest for houses and began viewings together. About 2-3wks later, I was introduced to who became my agent Mr. Wesley. He began with an informal interview regarding what I was looking for in a home and after telling him only once, he remembered it all! This is significant because I hate to repeat myself often and am very particular, therefore hard to satisfy when it comes to "having all I wanted in a house". I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT WORKING WITH MR.WESLEY WAS A PERFECT MATCH FOR MY EVERY NEED! Respectful, professional, knowledgeable, patient, hard-working, and attentive are just a few professional contributing qualities Mr. Wesley possesses! He will fulfill all your requests to the best of his ability in a timely manner, advocate on your behalf when able, and most important is not satisfied until you are. He and I became quite the team. Although I knew he was conducting searches, I still would also search through use of their homesnap app that would send automated searches to my phone. At times we would often message one another about the same houses when least expected. He continuously worked with me daily for months until I found the perfect home. Our searches became difficult at times, but Mr. Wesley was always reassuring and positive even if I wasn't. We had a few good laughs along the way, which was comforting to be in the presence of someone with humor and down to earth. To conclude, after a time period of disappointment in not finding the right house (no fault of Wesley's)last month Mr. Wesley busted his rump on a house I really, really wanted. He tussled through all the red tape and politics to negotiate a deal the seller could not refuse and this time I GOT MY HOUSE! Wesley was the buying agent for a condo purchase that we made for my retired parents who were transitioning from Texas to MD. There were a lot of moving parts and the timing was critical especially during a pandemic.
